摘要
为培养具有一定专业知识和实践技能的技术应用性人才,高职院校必须建设一支高素质双师型教师队伍.文章对双师型教师的综合能力和职业能力进行剖析,提出了双师型教师队伍建设的策略与路径,认为要突出教师能力本位,采取有效措施,努力培养出一支理论知识扎实、实践能力过硬、专兼结合的双师型师资队伍.
In order to cultivate technical and applied talents with certain professional knowledge and practical skills, the higher vocational colleges must build a team of high-quality double-tutor teachers. This paper analyzes the comprehensive ability and professional ability of double-tutor teachers, proposes the strategies and paths for the construction of double-tutor teachers, and believes that teachers5 ability should be emphasized and effective measures should be taken. A double-tutor faculty with solid theoretical knowledge, excellent practical ability, and combination of specialization can be cultivated.
