摘要 分析高职院校双师素质教师的现状,发现存在职业认可度低、教育理念不够先进、专业知识结构不够合理、专业服务质量不够高等问题。针对存在的问题,提出双师培养的三步走计划。通过可行性分析,旨在提高双师素质教师队伍整体水平。 Through simple analysis of current status on the double-qualified teachers of the college,several problems in professional teachers'morality were found,such as weak professional recognition,backward education concepts,unreasonable professional knowledge structures,and weak professional service quality.In view of the existing problems,a three-step plan for the development of dual-professional teachers was proposed.According to the feasibility analysis,it aims at improving the overall level of dual-qualified teachers.
