高职院校“双师型”教师队伍建设现状——基于湖北省16所高职院校的调查与分析 被引量:24

摘要 选取湖北省具有代表性的16所高职院校为调研对象,梳理湖北省高职院校"双师型"教师队伍建设现状,分析目前高职院校"双师型"教师队伍建设存在的主要问题是"双师型"教师比例相对偏低、结构不尽合理、建设经费不能保障、建设制度不够健全。提出促进高职院校"双师型"教师队伍建设应从弥补制度缺失、明确行业企业社会责任和补偿政策、高职院校要营造建设氛围、专业教师适应形势变化四方面着手。 The 16 higher vocational colleges in Hubei province are selected as the research objects to sort out the current situation of the construction of "dual-qualification" teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges of Hubei Province. The major problems in the construction of "dual-qualification" teachers in higher vocational colleges are analyzed as follows: the ratio of "dual-qualification" teachers is relatively low, the structure is unreasonable, the construction funds cannot be guaranteed, the construction system is not sound. On this basis, the and suggestions in promoting the construction of "dual-qualification" teachers in higher vocational colleges are proposed as the following 4 aspects: to fill up the deficiency of the system, to clarify the social responsibility and compensation policy between industries and enterprises, to create an atmosphere of construction in higher vocational colleges, to adapt to the change in situation for professional teachers.
