摘要
文章对我国高校学生合法权益的行政救济现状进行了分析,并采取有效对策来完善高校学生合法权益的行政救济,即加强法律教育,树立法治理念和维权意识、完善学校行政救济机制,对进一步维护学生合法权益或有一定的理论意义和现实意义。
The article has carried on the analysis to Our country University student legitimate rights and interests＇ administrative relief present situation, and takes the effective remedy to consummate the university student legitimate rights and interests the administrative relief, namely strengthens the legal education, sets up the government by law idea and Uygur power consciousness, consummates the school administration relief mechanism, to further defends the student legitimate rights and interests or has certain theory significance and the practical significance.
