摘要
本文通过介绍快速检测技术在食品安全分析中重要性及在高校食品分析课程的教学中实施的必要性,对食品分析教学内容方面的教学改革进行了一些探讨。
This paper introduced the importance of rapid detection technology in food safety analysis and implementation necessity of food analysis teaching in colleges and universities. The teaching reform of food analysis teaching content is made some discussion.
