摘要
从优化教学内容、改进教学方法、加强实践教学和改革考核方法等方面对食品分析课程的教学改革进行了探索和实践,以期提高教学质量。
From the aspects of optimizing teaching content,improving teaching methods,strengthening practice teaching and reforming examination methods,this paper carried out an exploration and practice on the teaching from of Food Analysis Course,in order to improve the teaching quality.
