介绍了由红花原料提取红色素的工艺流程和关键工艺条件 。
Natural red pigment extracted from the flower of Carthamus tinctorius L.can find its use in food additives and cosmetics such as lipsticks.The extraction process,the key technique,as well as the quality control method are described in this paper.
