摘要
矿业思想是王之春洋务思想的重要组成部分。在晚清求富思想影响下,王之春不仅对明朝矿业弊端进行了梳理,而且对矿业土地流转以及矿业中的"风水"问题都有理性的认知。王之春认为开矿利于国,体现他对新式矿业与国家互动关系的正确理解。王之春主张的矿业经营方式经历了早期"防营开采"到后期"援引外法、招募洋股"的演变。王之春的矿业思想具有明显的时代烙印,对晚清矿业思想的变迁起到了一定的作用。
Mining thought is an important part of Wang Zhichun’s westernization thought.Under the influence of the thought of seeking wealth in late Qing dynasty,Wang Zhichun not only sorted out the malpractices of the mining industry in the Ming dynasty,but also had a rational understanding of the land circulation and'feng shui'in mining industry.Wang Zhichun believed that mining is beneficial to the country,reflecting his correct understanding of the interaction between modern mining industry and the country.The mining management mode advocated by Wang Zhichun evolved from the early'mining by soldiers'to the later'invoking foreign methods and recruiting foreign shares'.Wang Zhichun’s mining thought had the strong brand of the age and played a certain role in the change of mining thought in late Qing dynasty.
