摘要
矿业是人类从事生产劳动的古老领域之一,矿产资源的开发利用,对人类社会文明的发展与进步产生巨大的无可替代的促进作用。明清时期是中国封建社会矿业的继续深入发展和资本主义矿业的萌芽时期,在中国整个矿业开发史中占据重要地位。本文系统总结了明清时期中国矿业开发的管理思想,并提出了其对现代矿业开发的启示。
Mining is one of the oldest areas of human productive labor. Mining development and utiliza- tion plays an enormous and irreplaceable role in promoting the development and progress of human civilization. Ming and Qing Dynasties are the important periods in which China feudal Mining devel- oped in-depth and capitalism mining began to sprout. In this paper, the mining development manage- ment thinking in Ming and Qing Dynasties is summarized and its revelation to modern mining develop- ment is proposed.
