摘要
对某轻型卡车发动机舱冷却系统进行热管理分析,建立包含冷却系统在内的整车模型,仿真计算得到额定工况、大转矩工况、低速爬坡工况、高速工况下散热器进水温度、中冷器热测出气温度及中冷温升均符合评价标准,并与试验验证结果进行比对分析,吻合较好,表明仿真模型可靠,为发动机冷却系统的设计与匹配提供理论依据,通过模拟分析可以大大提升项目效率,节省成本。
In this paper,the thermal management analysis of the engine compartment cooling system of a light truck is carried out,and the whole vehicle model including the cooling system is established.The temperature parameters under rated working conditions,large torque working conditions,low-speed climbing working conditions and high-speed working conditions are calculated.The main objects of calculation are radiator inlet temperature,intercooler heat output temperature and intercooler temperature rise,which are in good agreement with each other.The results show that the simulation model is reliable and provides a theoretical basis for the design and matching of engine cooling system.Through simulation analysis,the project efficiency can be greatly improved and the cost can be saved.
