摘要
介绍了汽车应用机舱热管理分析的必要性及CFD分析方法的优势,建立了某商用车的分析模型。利用CFD软件STAR CCM+进行了热管理分析,发现散热效率不足和地板局部温度过高。针对不同原因,结合工程实际提出了导流和热保护相结合的优化原则。验证结果表明该方案提高了散热器流量,改进了散热性能,降低了地板温度,为此类车型的热管理性能分析提供了基本方法和参考。
The necessities of applications of underhood thermal management analysis for vehicles as well as the advantages of computational fluid dynamic method is introduced. According to a modal of a commercial vehicle, the simulation based on STAR CCM + shows that the performance is deficient. Optimization principles of baffle and thermal shield are proposed to improve performance based on the structure characteristics of vehicles according to different reasons. The result verified by simulation shows that the proposal could increase the flux that through the radiator, thus improve the performance efficiently, decrease the floor temperature. It provides approaches and references for thermal management performance analysis of this kind of vehicles.
