摘要 随着日益严格的油耗法规和排放法规,对发动机精益化设计提出了越来越高的要求,冷却水套结构的优劣直接决定了发动机的动力性、经济性及可靠性。主要研究了某型发动机冷却水套的流场情况。首先采用三维建模软件Pro/E建立冷却水套的几何模型,然后采用ICEM前处理软件对整个水套模型进行网格划分,最终网格数量达890万左右。并采用FLUENT研究了水套的速度场和温度场,重点分析缸盖水鼻梁区、排气侧和缸体水套等区域的流场和速度场分布。经过一系列的分析和优化,最终确定优化方案满足要求。 With the increasingly stringent fuel consumption regulations and emission regulations,more and more requirements are required for the lean design of the engine.The advantages and disadvantages of the cooling water jacket directly determine the power,economy and reliability of the engine.The flow field of cooling jacket of an engine is studied in this paper.First,the 3D modeling software Pro/E is used to establish the geometric model of the cooling water jacket,and then the whole water jacket model is meshed by ICEM pretreatment software,and the final number of grid is about 8 million 900 thousand.The velocity field and temperature field of the water jacket are studied by FLUENT,and the distribution of flow field and velocity field in the area of the water nose beam area,the exhaust side and the cylinder body water jacket of the cylinder head is analyzed.After a series of analysis and optimization,the final optimization plan meets the requirements.
