摘要
文章通过CFD软件对发动机冷却水套进行了三维数值模拟,得到了水套流场的对流换热系数以及总压分布。结果表明整个水套的总压降保持在一个较好的水平,热负荷较大的区域的对流换热系数均超过推荐值。
The article had a 3D numerical simulation on cooling jacket of engine. The convection heat transfer coefficient and total pressure distribution were calculated. The results indicated that total pressure drop of the whole cooling jacket attained a good level. And the convection heat transfer coefficient of the regions whose thermal loads were very high was beyond the recommended value.
