摘要
利用计算流体力学(CFD)和传热学的知识,对等离子MIG枪体内的流场建立了二维不可压缩粘性流体的数学模型,对温度场建立了线性热传导有限元模型,并对枪体内的流场及温度场进行了数值模拟,揭示了等离子MIG枪体内流场与温度场的分布规律.最后根据数值模拟结果比较分析了等离子MIG枪体结构参数、流体运动参数对枪体内流场及温度场的影响,即对不同参数数值重复模拟计算,从而在理论上对等离子 MIG枪的研究和设计具有一定指导作用.
Using so-called CFD and heat transfer theory,a mathematical model for the two-dimensional uncompressible-viscosity fluid in plasma MIG gun and a linear heat transfer finite element model for temperature field have been established,and the simulation of fluid-field and temperature-field in the gun has been carried out.The distribution rule of the fluid field and temperature field in the gun is suggested.On the basis of the numerical simulation,the effects of structural parameters in the gun,liquid state and movement parameters on the fluid field and temperature field are discussed.The obtained results should have the guiding significance for both further study and design of plasma MIG gun.
