摘要
本文根据实际项目,针对轻型卡车换档沉重问题,通过分析,确定整改方案和方案验证,总结出变速器操纵系统换档沉重问题的解决方案。首先,根据实际样车查找换档沉重问题,进行明确描述;其次,根据问题描述,进行问题分析;再次,根据分析结果,确定整改方案;最后,根据整改方案制作样件,装车验证,确认达到预期整改目标。进而总结出解决类似问题的经验。
In this paper,according to the actual project,in the problem of shifting heavy caused by light truck transmission control system(excluding transmission),through the analysis,determine the improvement plan and verification plan,summed up the transmission control system shifting heavy problem solution.First of all,according to the actual sample vehicle to find the shifting heavy problem,a clear description;Secondly,according to the problem description,the problem analysis is carried out;Third,according to the analysis results,determine the improvement plan;Finally,make the sample according to the improvement plan,load the vehicle to verify,and confirm to achieve the expected improvement target.Then summarize the experience of solving similar problems.
