摘要
新入职的幼儿教师一般是指毕业三年以内的教师。他们是加入到幼儿教师队伍的新鲜血液,是保证幼儿教师队伍良好、健康发展的后备力量。在这最开始的三年时间里,年轻的幼儿教师们从一开始对幼儿教师这一职业满腔热情、充满憧憬,非常努力的用自己的努力和汗水来换取社会对他们的欣赏和认可。直到逐渐清楚的认识、了解幼教这一行业,更进一步的发展,坚持住这一职业。在这一过程中,幸福感对幼儿教师的发展起着至关重要的作用。
The new kindergarten teacher is the one who has graduated for less than three years. They are new people when joining the kindergarten teacher team, who represent the reserve forces to ensure the team's good and healthy development. In the first three years, young kindergarten teachers are enthusiastic and have a great passion for the occupation. They work very hard to win the appreciation and recognition of the society. Until gradually with clear understanding of the early childhood education and with further development, they still adhere to this occupation. The sense of well-being plays an important role in the development of kindergarten teachers in this process.
