摘要
本文以黄淮学院外语教师队伍为调查对象,把应用型大学,"双师型"和外语教师这三者进行有效的结合,深刻剖析在应用型本科大学外语系教师的"双师型"出路以及发展前景,积极探索适合应用型本科院校的外语专业"双师型"教师培养模式。
This essay,taking foreign language teachers in Huanghuai University as investigation object,combines three factors together :applicationoriented university,'Double Qualified' and foreign language teachers.It deeply analyzes the prospects of the 'Double Qualified' foreign language teachers in application-oriented university and explores the suitable training mode for theses teachers.
