摘要
当前,山西省高职院校外语专业"双师型"师资力量建设薄弱,难以适应社会对应用型人才的需求。应当选择合适的行业领域,通过"产、学、研"相结合的教学模式,培养教师的第二行业素养,加强外语专业"双师型"师资建设,实现外语教学和第二行业教学的有机结合,提高教学效率。
Nowadays, the foreign language teaching staff with ＂Two Professional Certificates＂ is poor in senior professional colleges in Shanxi Province, which can not fulfill the society＇s requirement for foreign language talents. We should, through the combination of ＂production, learning and scientific research＂, choose suitable fields and cultivate teachers＇ second - professional qualities to strengthen the construction of foreign language teaching staff with ＂Two Professional Certificates＂, making foreign language teaching activities combined with those in second professional field, so as to improve teaching efficiency in senior professional colleges.
