摘要
"双师型"教师是职业教育的特色,是提高教学质量,培养高素质"应用型"高职毕业生的前提。优化协调"双师型"英语教师培养的各个环节,采用全方位、立体化的培养策略,营造适合英语教师队伍成长的环境,不断完善各项配套管理措施,是促进英语教师的职业能力和综合素质的提高,培养"双师型"英语教师的有效途径之一。
The outstanding features of vocational education is characterized by the teachers with two certificates , which is not only the key to obtain better teaching results but also the foundation of the vocational colleges. To improve quality of teachers of English and the teaching level ,it is necessary to take some measures to strengthen the cultivation of teachers with two certificates . Optimizing and strengthening cultivation of teachers with two certificates is also an effective way to optimize the structure of teachers of English in vocational colleges.
