跨学科视阈下海西高职英语教师专业发展思考 被引量:2

Reflections on the Professional Development of English Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges in Haixi from the Interdisciplinary Perspective

摘要 有效推动跨学科教育模式的发展,是对全面提升国家教育竞争实力非常重要的举措。本研究通过以海西高职英语教师为研究对象,对其进行问卷调查和相关文献资料收集整理,探索高职英语教师专业发展之路,根据分析结果发现,当前海西高职英语教师专业发展主要在院校支持与教师发展,教师个人参与和教师发展,团队紧密度、氛围与教师发展,人才培养与高职教师发展四方面存在问题。基于当前海西高职英语教师专业发展所表现出的问题,提出了创新教师发展文化,'学术人'自由,争取校外支持以及回归教学应有地位、优化教师队伍配备比例的五项发展策略。本研究旨在探索当前高职英语教学专业发展所遭遇的困境,明确发展策略,以更好地推动跨学科视阈下海西高职英语教师专业发展。 Effectively promoting the development of interdisciplinary education model is a very important measure to comprehensively enhance the competitiveness of national education.This study takes English teachers in higher vocational colleges in Haixi as the research object,collects and collates questionnaires and relevant literature,and explores the way of professional development of English teachers in higher vocational colleges.According to the analysis results,it is found that the current professional development of English teachers in higher vocational colleges in Haixi is mainly manifested in college support and teacher development,teachers’personal participation and teacher development,team tightness,atmosphere and teacher development,personnel training and the development of higher vocational teachers.Based on the current problems in professional development of English teachers in higher vocational colleges in Haixi,this paper puts forward five development strategies:innovating teachers’development culture,freedom of'academics',striving for out-of-school support,returning to the proper status of teaching,and optimizing the proportion of teachers.The purpose of this study is to explore the current difficulties encountered by the professional development of English teaching in higher vocational colleges,define the development strategies,and to better promote the professional development of English teachers in higher vocational colleges from the interdisciplinary perspective.
