摘要
目的:探讨儿科医务人员工作压力、应对方式与心理健康状况的相关性。方法:2016年6月-2017年6月对我院150名儿科在职医务人员进行调查研究。运用医务人员职业压力源量表,简易应对方式问卷,症状自评量表(SCL-90)对所选对象进行调查研究并运用相关性分析工作压力、应对方式与心理健康状况的相关性。结果:儿科医务人员职业压力总分(51.68±22.54)分,积极应对评分(17.98±4.25)分,消极应对评分(14.22±2.17)分;所调查的150名医务人员中,SCL-90评分为阳性的有39例,占26.00%;其中护士的SCL-90躯体化评分明显高于医生,医生的敌对评分明显高于护士(P<0.05),其余各项无明显差异(P>0.05);儿科医务人员职业压力、消极应对与心理健康评分呈正相关(r=0.742,0.742;P<0.001);积极应对与心理健康评分呈负相关(r=-0.686,P<0.001)。结论:造成儿科医务人员心理健康问题的原因有很多。医务人员应在繁重的工作之余学会放松自己,尽量采用积极的应对方式去面对来自各方的压力才可进一步的改善和预防医务人员的心理健康问题。
Objective:To investigate relevance between stress,coping style and mental health of pediatric medical staff.Methods:A total of 150 cases of pediatric medical staff in our hospital from June 2016 to June 2017 were selected and investigated by the Scale for Occupational Stress on Clinicians,Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire and symptom checklist 90(SCL-90).Then the correlation of stress,coping style and mental health was analyzed.Results:The total score of occupational stress of pediatric medical staff was(51.68±22.54)points,the scores of positive coping style and negative coping style were(17.98±4.25)and(14.22±2.17),respectively.The positive rate of SCL-90 was 26.00%(39/150).The nurses had higher score of the physical factor and lower score of the hostile than those of doctors(t=-2.125,3.402;P<0.05),and no difference was found in the scores of other items(P>0.05).The occupational stress and negative coping style were positively correlated with mental health score(r=0.742,0.742;P<0.001);While the positive coping style was negatively correlated with mental health score(r=-0.686,P<0.001).Conclusion:The psychological health problems of pediatric medical staff are caused by many reasons,so adequate relax and positive coping style are necessary for the amelioration and prevention of the mental disorders.
