摘要
目的了解病区护士对细胞毒性药物防护知识的掌握程度,评价配液中心兼职护士培训效果。方法为解放军总医院120名来自不同临床科室的护士进行细胞毒性药物防护知识培训,3个月后,随机抽取血液科、乳腺专病中心、骨科(骨肿瘤病区)、呼吸科、小儿内科82名接触细胞毒性药物的护理人员,按照是否经过配液中心正规培训分成两组,33名经过培训,49名未经培训,采用问卷调查方式,通过回答20个题目,了解其对细胞毒性药物防护知识的掌握程度,分析培训后不同学历护理人员对该专项知识掌握程度的影响。结果未经过培训大专护理人员平均得分(10.36±1.57)分,本科人员平均得分(11.29±1.84)分,初级职称人员平均得分(9.87±1.46)分,中级职称人员平均得分(10.91±1.79)分,高级职称人员平均得分(12.04±1.96)分;经过培训大专护理人员平均得分(15.71±2.15)分,本科人员平均得分(16.28±2.31)分,初级职称人员平均得分(15.58±2.09)分,中级职称人员平均得分(16.34±2.27)分,高级职称人员平均得分(17.30±2.44)分,得分明显高于未经过培训人员,差异有统计学意义,P<0.01。结论未经过配液中心培训的病区护士对细胞毒性药物防护知识的掌握程度不够,配液中心对护士进行细胞毒性药物防护知识培训,可提高护理人员对相关知识的掌握程度,应该加以推广实施。
Objective To investigate the effects of part-time training on protection knowledge about cytotoxic drugs among nursing staff.Methods Part-time training on protection knowledge about cytotoxic drugs has been conducted in Genera[Hospital of Chinese People's Liberation Army for 120 nurses of different departments involving the use of cytotoxic drugs.3 months after the training a questionnaire survey,with 20 related questions,was conducted among 82 nurses randomly selected,33 trained and 49 not trained,with different educational levels from the Departments of Hematology,Breast Diseases,Orthopedics (bone tumor ward),Respiratory Diseases,and Pediatrics.Results The total scores of the trained nurses with the junior college degree and bachelor degree were (15.71±2.15)and (16.28±2.31) respectively,both significantly higher than those of the untrained nurses with the same degrees [(10.36±1.57)and (11.29±1.84)respectively,both P <0.01].The total scores of the trained nurses with the primary,intermediate,and senior professional tides were (15.58±2.09),(16.34±2.27),and (17.30±2.44)respectively,all significantly higher than those of the untrained nurses with the same professional titles [(9.87±1.46),(10.91±1.79),and (12.04±1.96) respectively,all P <0.01].Conclusion Part-time training on the protection knowledge about cytotoxic drugs effectively help nurses to master the knowledge of cytotoxic medicine protection.
