摘要
介绍发达国家对因职业性接触抗肿瘤药物对健康产生不利影响的研究、采取不同防护措施后的效果研究及主要防护措施的要求与中国目前的防护现状。学习借鉴国外的先进经验,强化管理、加强落实,以避免抗肿瘤药物对护理人员健康所造成的不利影响。
This article introduced the studies in developed countries on the following aspects:the side effects of occupational exposure to chemotherapy drugs on the health of nursing staff,the effect of different preventive measures,requirements of major preventive measures,also compared with the preventive status in China.The author put forward that we should learn the advanced experience and strengthen the management to minimize the side effects of chemotherapy drugs on the health of nursing staff.
