摘要
从我国肿瘤化疗防护管理的现状出发,分析目前我国肿瘤化疗防护方面较为薄弱的现状:各级管理者对化疗防护问题的重视程度、管理力度不够,护士对化疗药物的危害认识不足,自我防护意识淡漠,无完善的化疗防护制度等,以引起各级护理人员的足够重视,增强其防护意识并采取措施,减少职业性健康损害的发生。
This article analyzed the current status of chemotherapy protection in China,including deficiency of attention and management to chemotherapy protection among various levels of managers,deficiency of awareness of the harms of chemotherapy drugs among nurses,lack of self- protoction consciousness and perfect chemotherapy protection system. Then,the countermeasures were proposed to motivate the nursing staff in various levels, enforce protection awareness, take effective protection measures and reduce occupational harms.
