摘要
目的:分析三甲医院重症监护室护士主观幸福感与心理资本、工作压力的相关性,为提高护士主观幸福感提供依据。方法:采用便利整群抽样法选取四川5所三甲医院126名重症监护室护士,填写主观幸福感指数量表、护士工作压力量表及心理资本问卷,应用SPSS 17.0软件包分析所有数据。结果:本次研究中重症监护室护士主观幸福感得分平均分值为(8.85±2.61)分,护士压力总分为(83.14±19.15)分,心理资本得分为(58.30±15.47)分,重症监护室护士主观幸福感与工作压力各维度之间呈负相关(r=-0.926,P<0.05),主观幸福感与心理资本各维度之间呈正相关(r=0.908,P<0.05);ICU护士心理资本与工作压力呈负相关(r=-0.941,P<0.05)。结论:三甲医院重症监护室护士主观幸福感与心理资本、工作压力关系密切。
Objective:To analyze the correlation between subjective well-being and psychological capital and work stress of nurses in intensive care unit in a three grade a hospital,so as to provide basis for improving subjective well-being of nurses.Methods:We used convenience cluster sampling to select 126 nurses in intensive care unit in 5 tertiary hospitals in Sichuan.They completed the index of subjective well-being,nurses’ work stress scale and psychological capital questionnaire.We used the SPSS17.0 package to analyze all the data.Results:In this study,the score of subjective well-being of nurses in intensive care unit was(8.85±2.61)scores,the total score of nurse pressure was(83.14±19.15),psychological capital score was(58.30±15.47).The subjective well-being of nurses in intensive care unit was negatively correlated with all dimensions of work pressure(r=-0.926,P<0.05).There was a positive correlation between well-being and psychological capital dimensions(r=0.908,P<0.05).ICU nurses’ psychological capital was negatively correlated with work stress(r=-0.941,P<0.05).Conclusion:The subjective well-being of nurses in ICU is closely related to psychological capital and working pressure.
