摘要
在应用差压变送器测量液位参数时,为了保证变送器正负压室的安全,则在容器和差压变送器之间用三阀组进行隔离,正确地操作三阀组可以保证液位的测量准确和膜片安全。但在实际应用中,由于阀门增多,泄漏点增多,经常导致测量数据的不准确,经过原理分析,在测量洁净的液体时,可以应用平衡管取代三阀组,这样既结构简单,成本低,又保证了测量准确,并在实际应用中效果较好。
In the application of differential pressure transmitter to measure liquid level parameter, in order to ensure the safety of transmitter, three valve group is needed to insoltate between the container and the differential pressure transmitter. The three valve group should be correctly operated to ensure that the liquid level measurement and protection of diaphragm, but in real application, due to the valve and the increasing leakage, which lead to inaccurate measurement data. Through the principle analysis, the balance pipe can replace three valve group in the measurement of clean liquid. The advantages are simple structure, low cost and measurement accuracy, which has good effect in practical application.
