摘要
介绍前湾燃机电厂2#机组密封油系统仪表盘改造项目,包括改造过程中采用的管路设计、仪表选择和工艺方法,改造后的仪表盘排除了安全隐患,故障率大大降低。本项目改造经验可供其他电厂参考。
This paper introduces the renovation project of the instrument panel of the sealing oil system of the 2#unit in Qianwan Gas Turbine Power Plant,including the pipeline design,the instrument selection and the technique.After the renovation,the hidden safety hazards of the instrument panel have been eliminated with a greatly-reduced fault rate.The project can provide reference for other power plants.
