摘要
采用电容原理,即电容两极间介电常数的变化可引起电容量的变化来检测汽包水位,设计了电容式液位计;配合锅炉三冲量调节器,可以很好地克服运行系统的内、外扰动,实现汽包锅炉水位控制的要求。所研制的电容式液位计具有分辨率高、工作可靠、动态响应快,能在高温、辐射和强烈振动等恶劣条件下工作等优点。
In this paper,the capacitance p r in c ip le,that is basis on the variatiostant between two polar plates,was adopted to design a capacitive li(guid meter for detecting the water lev-el in the boiler drum. Based on the three impulse regulator,the internal or external disturbance of operat-ing system can be well overcome and the requirement of accurately detectindrum was achieved. The capacitive liq u id level meter developed in this work has the advantages with highresolution,reliable operation, fast dynamic response,and can work under high temperature,radiationand strong vibration.
