摘要
作为衡量安全仪表系统(SIS)执行能力的定量指标,安全完整性等级(SIL)越来越受到人们的重视。以风险矩阵、SDG-HAZOP和马尔可夫模型计算方法为技术依托,讨论和说明以"定义允许风险-过程风险分析-SIL计算-SIL评估"为主线的、SIS系统安全完整性等级的定量计算与评估方法,并以某厂65t/h工业锅炉的"上汽包液位低"安全仪表系统为例,介绍该方法的具体应用情况。
As a quantitative indicator of implementing ability of safety instrumented system(SIS), safety integrity level(SIL) is being focused more and more. This paper relied on risk matrix, SDG-HAZOP and calculation method of Markov model, discussed and illustrated quantitative calculation and evaluation of Safety Instrumented System that based on integrated process of SIL. The main line of this method is "Definition of residual risk-Analysis of process risk-Calculation of SIL-Evaluation of SIL". This paper also has presented an application of this method with a case of SIS which is used to prevent low-level of boiler steamdrum in some 65t/h industrial boiler.
