摘要
'俱乐部合作'引致区域经济收敛与发散并存,制约区域协调政策的有效性。文章构建一个简单的梯度合作博弈模型阐释俱乐部合作的发生机制,基于省际双边铁路货运数据,采用非参数拟合、半参数空间模型局部多项式估计等检验地区间渐近式经济梯度—贸易合作规律。半参数空间模型估计生成的偏导数进一步捕捉了经济梯度对贸易合作边际作用的动态演变。未来区域协调发展战略可重点考虑板块与轴带结合,推动跨板块的对口合作和经济带建设等具体方案。
"Club cooperation" leads to regional economic convergence and divergence, which restricts the effectiveness of regional coordination policies. In this paper, a simple gradient cooperative game model is constructed to explain the mechanism of the club cooperation. Based on the inter-provincial railway freight data, the non-parametric fitting and partial polynomial estimation of the semi-parametric space model are used to test the law of asymptotic economic gradient-trade cooperation between the regions. The semi-parametric spatial model estimates the partial derivatives which further capture the dynamic evolution of the economic gradient on the marginal effect of trade cooperation. The future regional coordinated development strategy can focus on the combination of plate and axis belt, promote cross plate cooperation and economic belt construction.
