摘要
过去十年,康养产业已成为助推攀枝花市产业转型升级,提升可持续发展能力的重点产业。依托独具一格的自然资源,特色鲜明的人文资源和较为雄厚的关联产业基础,攀枝花市康养产业发展已初具规模。攀枝花市康养产业的发展,主要经历了“阳光康养”理念的提出、重点产业地位的确立和国际阳光康养旅游目的地的建设三个关键发展阶段。在我国经济进入高质量发展阶段的背景下,从创新、协调、绿色和开放四个层面分析了高质量发展对攀枝花市康养产业的内在要求,并从产业集群、产业布局、产业基础和产业空间四个角度提出了发展对策。
Over the past decade,the health and wellness industry has turned into the key industry in boosting the industrial transformation and upgrading,enhancing sustainable development capacity of Panzhihua.Taking advantage of its distinctive natural and human resources,abundant correlative industries,the industry cluster for health and wellness has begun to take shape in Panzhihua.On the basis of summarizing and analyzing relevant literature,the development history of health and wellness industry in Panzhihua was reviewed which consists of three key development stages:proposing the concept of sunshine and health,establishing its role of pivotal industry and the construction of international health and wellness tourism destination.In the context of China's high-quality economic development,the internal requirements of high-quality development for health and wellness industry were analyzed at the four dimensions of innovation,coordination,organism and openness.From the four perspectives of industrial cluster,industrial layout,industrial foundation and industrial space,the high-quality development strategies of health and wellness industry have been put forward.
