摘要
在城市区域化和区域城市化发展的大背景下,城市群作为区域发展增长极的作用更加凸显。长株潭城市群是我国中西部地区的重要城市群,是我国区域一体化发展、两型社会建设、创新驱动发展的重要'试验场',近年来的研究较为活跃。文章梳理了长株潭城市群的有关研究成果,总结了近年研究取得的主要进展及存在的主要问题,提出了未来研究的方向与重点。长株潭城市群研究在城市群的范围界定与城市群形成机制、城市群空间结构与空间演化、城市群的产业优化与园区发展、城市群的资源利用与生态保护、城市群的一体化发展与治理模式等方面取得了一定的进展,但是仍然存在研究内容较为传统、过程机理研究不深、理论总结升华不够、对复杂性科学方法和大数据的运用不足等问题。今后的研究重点应包括:长株潭城市群一体化发展的理论研究;'两型'城市群空间发展研究;创新、信息网络、快速交通网络对长株潭城市群时空格局的影响研究;全球及全国城镇体系重构背景下的长株潭城市群发展定位研究;大数据、新方法、新技术的应用研究等五个方面。
Under the background of urban regionalization and regional urbanization,urban agglomeration has become more prominent as the growth pole of regional development.Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration is an important urban agglomeration in the central and western China,and it is also an important'testing field'for the development of regional integration,construction of two-oriented society and the innovation-driven development,which has been more active in recent years.This paper combs the relevant research results of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration,summarizes the main progress and problems existing in recent years,and puts forward the direction and focus of future research.Study of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration has made certain progress in some respects:the definition of urban agglomeration and the formation mechanism of urban agglomeration,spatial structure and spatial evolution of urban agglomeration,industrial optimization and park development of urban agglomeration,resource utilization and ecological protection of urban agglomeration,the integrated development and governance model of urban agglomeration.However,there are still some problems,such as more traditional research content,less research on process mechanism,insufficient theoretical summary,insufficient application of complex scientific methods and big data.The focus of future research should include five aspects:the theoretical study of the integrated development of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration;research on spatial development of'twooriented'urban agglomeration;the impact of innovation,information network and rapid transit network on the spatial and temporal pattern of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration,research on the development of ChangshaZhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration under the background of the reconstruction of the global and national urban system;the application of big data,new method and new technology.
