摘要
从支撑因素角度出发,围绕功能、制度、经济、文化和产业五个维度构建综合评价体系,运用变异系数法对中国22个城市群2000-2017年的一体化水平进行测度,并分析了城市群一体化水平的时空演化特征。结果表明,中国城市群综合一体化水平总体呈上升趋势,且中部地区的城市群综合一体化水平最高。进一步地,对城市群规模与一体化水平的倒U型关系进行了实证检验,研究显示,城市群规模与综合一体化、功能一体化和制度一体化水平之间均存在倒U型关系,与文化一体化和产业一体化水平之间存在线性的负向关系,与经济一体化水平之间尚不存在倒U型关系。提出促进城市群一体化水平提升有利于实现中国城市群一体化区域协调发展的几点建议。
From the perspective of supporting factors,this paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation system focusing on five dimensions:function,system,economy,culture and industry.It measures the integration level of 22 urban agglomerations in China from 2000 to 2017 by using the coefficient of variation method,and analyzes the temporal and spatial evolution characteristics of the integration level of urban agglomerations.The results show that the comprehensive integration level of urban agglomerations in China is on the rise,and the level of urban agglomerations in Central China is the highest.Furthermore,this paper conducts an empirical study on the inverted U-shaped relation between the scale of urban agglomerations and their integration level.The results show that there exists an inverted U-shaped relation between the scale of urban agglomerations and the levels of comprehensive integration,functional integration and institutional integration,a linear negative correlation between the scale of urban agglomerations and the levels of cultural integration and industrial integration,and no inverted U-shaped relation between the scale of urban agglomerations and the level of economic integration.Based on this analysis,this paper puts forward some suggestions on promoting the integration level of urban agglomerations to realize the regional coordinated development of urban agglomeration integration in China.
