摘要
尽管女性在职场被歧视的问题受到关注,但男性在职业中所遭遇的歧视,以及遭遇职业性别歧视时大学生们的职业态度变化,这些问题,学界关注度不够。本文基于经典扎根理论的方法,针对33名职业性别错位的大学生展开调研。首先,我们发现男性和女性在不同职业中都会遭受职业性别歧视。本文根据调查得出如下结论:导致这种现象的原因不是性别优越论,而是'地盘保护主义'与管理制度缺陷。其次,就业率和就业质量是两种不同概念;在性别错位的行业,两者可能呈反向关系。
Although the problem of workplace sexism that female face has received attention,the problems of sexism that male face at work,career sexism that college student face,and changes in their job attitudes,have yet to receive enough scholarly attention.Adopting a classical grounded theory approach,we conducted the current research on 33 college students who were working in misplaced professions.First,we found that both male and female encountered professional sexism.Based on our investigation,we found that:the cause of the phenomenon is not because of the belief in gender superiority,but because of'protectionism'and problems with the managerial system.Second,employment rate and employment quality are two radically different concepts;.in sexually misplaced professions,the relationship of employment rate and employment quality might be the opposite of each other.In order to eliminate such problems as career limitation and sexism that female face at work.
