摘要
目的了解年轻警察的人格状况。方法采用卡特尔16种人格因素测验(16FP)对年轻警察进行个性特征测试。结果年轻警察M、O、Q1、Q4因素的均分显著高于对照组(P<0.05),心理不健康者占总数的25.00%,被试总体85.00%没有成就、70.00%无创造力、15.00%从事专业或训练成功的可能性很小。结论应当采取必要的措施,加强对年轻警察的心理干预,强化个性心理素质和心理健康训练。
Objective To find out the personality condition of young police officers. Methods Cattell 16PF personality measurement was adopted to test the personality characteristics of young police officers. Results The average scores of M,O,Q1,Q4 factors were remarkably higher than the control group (P〈0.05);those who had mental disorder accounted for 25.00%. In all the tested persons,85.00% had no achievement,70.00% had no creativity,15.00% had little possibility to engage in professional work or to be trained successfully. Conclusion Necessary measures should be taken to strengthen mental safeguard of young police officers and to reinforce the training of personality mental quality and mental health.
