摘要
选择毛细管电泳技术对 (± ) -苯磺酸氨氯地平进行手性拆分。确定最佳条件为 :2 0 cm× 5 0μm未涂层石英毛细管 ,75 mmol/L磷酸盐缓冲液 (p H 2 .5 ,内含 5 mm ol/L CM-β- CD) ,运行电压 12 k V,毛细管柱温 2 5°C,压力进样6 9k Pa· s,检测波长 2 0 0 nm。对国产 S- (- ) -苯磺酸氨氯地平片进行了光学纯度检查 ,3批样品中 S- (- ) -氨氯地平的光学纯度 (峰面积百分含量 )均大于 99.8%。
A capillary electrophoretic method was selected for optical purity test of levamlodipine besylate tablets. Enantiomeric separation of amlodipine besylate was studied in a 20 cm×50 μm uncoated capillary column with 12 kV applied voltage. The running buffer was 5 mmol/L carboxymethylated-β-cyclodextrin in 75 mmol/L phosphate background electrolyte (pH2.5). The capillary temperature was 25 °C and the injection condition was 69 kPa·s by pressure mode. The on-line detection wavelength was 200 nm. The optical purity of three batches of levamlodipine besylate tablets was more than 99.8% by the percents of peak-area.
