摘要
目的观察金乌骨通胶囊联合中药熏蒸治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床治疗效果。方法选取2011年10月-2012年10月膝关节骨性关节炎患者96例,随机分为两组,治疗组给予金乌骨通胶囊与中药熏蒸的联合治疗方案,对照组给予双氯芬酸钠缓释胶囊的药物治疗,并分别对两组的临床疗效和不良反应进行比较和分析。结果治疗组总有效率为93.75%,对照组为68.75%,两组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗组发生恶心、眩晕、腹痛、便秘等不良反应与对照组相比均明显减少(P<0.05)。结论金乌骨通胶囊联合中药熏蒸治疗膝关节骨性关节炎疗效确切,效果显著,可作为膝关节骨性关节炎患者较为理想的联合治疗方案。
Objective To probe the clinical research of Jinwugutong capsule combined with Chinese medicine fumigation in treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods 96 cases of knee osteoarthritis selected from October 2011 to October 2012,were randomly divided into two groups. Treatment group were given Jinwugutong capsule combined with Chinese medicine fumigation therapy;control group were treated with diclofenac sodium sustained-release capsules drug. The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the patients in two groups were compared and analysis. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 93. 75%,68. 75% in control group,there were significant difference between the two groups( P < 0. 05);the occurrence of adverse reactions of nausea,dizziness,abdominal pain,constipation in treatment group were reduced significantly( P < 0. 05). Conclusions Jinwutong capsule combined with Chinese medicine fumigation in treating knee osteoarthritis have definite clinical effect. It could be an ideal combination therapy for knee osteoarthritis.
