乌骨通胶囊对去卵巢大鼠血清肿瘤坏死因子-α和胰岛素样生长因子-1的影响

摘要 目的观察金乌骨通胶囊含药血清对去卵巢大鼠血清肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α、胰岛素样生长因子(IGF)-1表达的影响。方法选用6月龄SD雌性大鼠60只,随机分成6组。即假手术组、模型组、金乌骨通胶囊高、中、低剂量组以及尼尔雌醇阳性对照组。按组别灌胃给药,24 w后处死,分别测定动物血清TNF-α和IGF-1含量。结果模型组与假手术组比较,血清TNF-α明显升高(P<0.05),IGF-1明显降低(P<0.01)。金乌骨通胶囊高、中剂量组与模型组比较,TNF-α明显降低,IGF-1明显增加(P<0.05)。结论金乌骨通胶囊对大鼠骨质疏松的治疗作用可能是通过影响TNF-α和IGF-1来实现的。
