摘要
[目的]总结詹强教授治疗胸椎小关节紊乱的临床经验。[方法]通过分析詹强教授临床中对胸椎小关节紊乱治疗的辨证施治要点和典型病例,阐述詹强教授运用首创的"胸椎三维定点整复手法"为主的综合疗法治疗胸椎小关节紊乱的临床经验。[结果]詹强教授认为本病的病机属正虚为本,紊乱为标,当标本同治。采用"胸椎三维定点整复手法"外治,配合药物內治、康复训练、改变不良习惯等的综合治疗,在临床中取得了良好的临床疗效。[结论]詹强教授运用"胸椎三维定点整复手法"为主的综合疗法治疗胸椎小关节紊乱,经验独特,疗效显著,临床值得推广。
[Objective]To summarize clinical experiences of professor Zhan Qiang on the treatment of the disorder of small thoracic vertebra joints. [Methods] To summarize and analyse professor Zhan Qiang＇s key point of treatment based on syndrome differentiation and typical cases on the treatment of the disorder of small thoracic vertebra joints, expound professor Zhan Qiang＇s clinical experiences on this disease mainly with ＂Xiongzhui sanweidingdian massage＂ along with other treatments. [Result] Professor Zhan Qiang believes that the pathogenesis of this disease is a virtual reality, he has obtained a good clinical effect through comprehensive treatment including external treatment with ＂Xiongzhui sanweidingdian massage＂, intake of medicine medicine, rehabilitation training and changing the bad habits etc.[Conclusion] Professor Zhan Qiang＇s comprehensive therapy gives priority to ＂Xiongzhuisanweidingdian massage ＂on the treatment of the disorder of small thoracic vertebra joints, has significant clinical curative effect. This method is worthy of spreading for application.
