English learning requires good language environment so that the learners can learn English better.The original English language films can provide vivid stories,native English and rich vocabulary for the English learners,which make their English learning environment relaxed and interesting.This helps students improve their English and know more about the social conditions and cultural backgrounds of English speaking countries.This paper makes an analysis of the original English language films'influence of language and culture on English majors and gives advice to the university English teaching.
