摘要
高校内涵发展是当下评价高等教育办学水平的重要尺度,也是高等学校发展的必然趋势。近些年来,我国地方本科院校因数量扩张而引起的质量问题越来越成为社会各界关注的焦点问题。基于国内地方本科院校教育教学的实际状况,分析其存在的问题和影响因素,在策略上要树立强烈的教学质量意识,在抓好教学、科研基本建设的同时,扩大地方本科院校的办学自主权,理顺管理体制以及加强教育信息化建设是提高地方本科院校内涵发展的必由之路。
Nowadays the connotation development of colleges and universities is not only an important factor in evaluating the level of higher education,but also an inevitable development trend. In recent years,the quality problem caused by the expansion of the number of local undergraduate colleges is becoming the social focus. By analyzing its current problems and influence factors based on current actual situation of the local undergraduate colleges,the article concludes that we should not only set up a strong sense of teaching quality,enlarge the autonomous right of running schools,pay close attention to the basic construction of both teaching and research,but regulate the management system and strengthen the construction of education information as well,which is the only road in promoting the connotation development of the local undergraduate colleges.
