大蒜素辅治乳腺癌及对小鼠血清CA153、CEA及免疫功能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的 :研究大蒜素辅助治疗乳腺癌及对小鼠血清CA153、CEA及免疫功能的影响。方法 :将60只健康小鼠分为6组,正常组(A组),模型组(B组),大蒜素组(C组),卡培他滨组(D组),低剂量大蒜素+卡培他滨组(L组),高剂量大蒜素+卡培他滨组(H组)。除A组外,B组,C组,D组,L组,H组,在小鼠胸壁5~6肋间乳腺皮下接种鼠乳腺癌4TI-LUC细胞,构建乳腺癌小鼠模型。C组和L组(大蒜素20mg.kg-1/d,溶于0.2ml生理盐水),H组(大蒜素50mg.kg-1/d,溶于0.2mL生理盐水),D组(2.5mg/m2),溶于0.2mL生理盐水),A组和B组给予同等剂量生理盐水。观察并记录各组小鼠血清CA153、CEA、IL-2、TNF-α浓度,并对各组小鼠的瘤块、胸腺、脾脏称重,计算肿瘤抑制率及胸腺指数和脾脏指数。结果 :治疗后C组、D组、L组、H组的小鼠血清CA153、CEA浓度相比模型组均有不同程度的下降,差异有统计学意义;D组小鼠血清IL-2、TNF-α、胸腺指数、脾脏指数与模型组相比,差异不显著,C组、L组、H组血清IL-2、TNF-α及胸腺指数、脾脏指数与B相比,差异显著;H组、L组、D组、C组的肿瘤抑制率差异显著,由强到弱排序为H组>L组>D组>C组。结论 :大蒜素辅助治疗乳腺癌可降低血清CA153、CEA浓度,提升机体免疫功能,提高肿瘤抑制率。 Objective Effects of allicin on breast cancer and its effects on serum CA153, CEA and immune function in mice. Methods Normal group(group A), model group(group B), garlicin group(group C), capecitabine group(group D), low dose allicin + capecitabine group(group L), high dose allicin + capecitabine group(groupH). In addition to group A, group B, group C, group D, group L and groupH were inoculated subcutaneously with breast cancer 4 TI-LUC cells in 5-6 intercostal breast of mice, and breast cancer mice models were constructed. C group and L group(allicin 20 mg. kg-1/d, dissolved in 0.2 ml saline), H group(allicin 50 mg. kg-1/d, dissolved in 0.2 ml saline), D group(2.5 mg/m2, dissolved in 0.2 ml saline), A group and B group were given the same dose of normal saline. The concentrations of serum CA153, CEA, IL-2 and TNF-in each group were observed and recorded. The tumor blocks, thymus and spleen of each group were weighed, and the tumor inhibition rate, thymus index and spleen index were calculated. Results After treatment, C group, D group, L group, H group of serum CA153 and CEA concentrations compared with the model group were significantly decreased, the difference was statistically significant;D group serum IL-2, compared to TNF-alpha, thymus index and spleen index of model group, the difference was not significant C group, L group, H group compared the serum levels of IL-2, TNF-alpha and thymus index, spleen index and B, significant difference;H group, L group, D group, C group, the tumor inhibition rate difference, from strong to weak ordering for the H group >L group >D group >C group. Conclusion Adjuvant treatment of breast cancer with allicin can reduce serum CA153 and CEA concentration, enhance immune function and improve tumor inhibition rate.
