摘要
目的 :探究曲伏前列素联合倍他洛尔对原发性开角型青光眼(POAG)患者眼压、眼部血流动力学及视野的影响。方法 :选取2017年6月~2017年9月圭亚那乔治敦医院收治的POAG患者70例,随机分为对照组34例和联合组36例,对照组给予0.004%曲伏前列素滴眼液,联合组在对照组基础上联用0.25%倍他洛尔滴眼液,两组均治疗4周。观察比较两组治疗前、治疗2周、4周后眼压、眼部血流动力学及视野变化情况。结果 :治疗4周后联合组眼压值为(17.02±2.53)mmHg,明显低于对照组的(18.33±2.85)mmHg,联合组眼压下降幅度为30.76%,明显高于对照组的25.62%;联合组平均视敏度(MS)显著高于对照组,平均缺损(MD)及丢失方差(LV)显著低于对照组;联合组视网膜中央动脉(CRA)、睫状后短动脉(SPCA)的收缩期峰值流速(PSV)、舒张末期流速(EDV)显著高于对照组,阻力指数(RI)显著低于对照组。两组不良反应率比较差异无统计学意义。结论 :曲伏前列素联合倍他洛尔治疗POAG患者可有效降低眼压,改善眼部血流动力学及视野,且安全性良好。
Objective To investigate the effect of travoprost combined with betaxolol on intraocular pressure(IOP), ocular hemodynamics and visual field in patients with primary open angle glaucoma(POAG). Methods 70 cases of patients with POAG in Georgetown Hospital from June 2017 to September 2017 were enrolled and randomly divided into control group(n = 34) and combination group(n = 36). Control group was treated with 0.004% tropicoure while combination group was treated with 0.25% betaxolol on the basis of control group. Both were treated for 4 weeks. The changes of IOP, ocular hemodynamics and visual field(VF) before and 2 and 4 weeks after treatment were observed. Result After 4 weeks of treatment, the IOP in combination group was(17.02±2.53) mmHg, which was significantly lower than that of(18.33±2.85) mmHg in control group, and the IOP in combination group decreased by 30.76%, which was significantly higher than that of 25.62% in control group. The mean sensitivity(MS) in combination group was significantly higher than that in control group while the mean deviation(MD) and loss variance(LV) were significantly lower. The peak systolic velocity(PSV) and end diastolic velocity(EDV) of the central retinal artery(CRA) and the short posterior ciliary artery(SPCA) in combination group were significantly higher than those in control group while the resistance index(RI) was significantly lower. There was no significant difference in the adversed reaction rate between two groups. Conclusion Travoprost combined with betaxolol treated for patients with POAG can effectively reduce IOP, improve VF and ocular hemodynamics with good safety.
