曲伏前列腺素和拉坦噻吗对原发性开角型青光眼的疗效及对眼表影响的对比研究 被引量:7

摘要 原发性开角型青光眼(primary open angle glaucoma,POAG)是一种常见的慢性、进行性视神经病变,其造成的视功能损伤往往是不可逆的,是目前导致不可逆性盲最主要的原因之一[1]。局部应用降眼压药物是POAG治疗的首选方案,前列腺素衍生物已成为国际推荐治疗原发性开角型青光眼的一线用药。目前市面上有单一制剂和联合制剂[2]。
