摘要
随着社会的发展,公文写作在人们的生活与工作中的地位不断提升,在就业导向的背景下,高职院校加强公文写作课程的教学有其重要意义。但从目前高职院校公文写作课程边缘化和学生对公文写作的陌生化现状来看,其与就业导向要求还存在一定的差距。为了提升高职学生的公文写作能力,更好地适应社会就业发展趋势,高职教师应该确立明确的公文写作教学目标,转变教学模式,为学习公文写作课程的学生提供公文写作课程校内外实训相结合的教学环境。
With the development of society, the importance of document writing in people's life and work is constantly increased, it is of important significance for higher vocational colleges to strengthen document writing teaching under the employment-oriented background. But from the current situation of the marginalization of document writing course in higher vocational colleges and the students’ unfamiliarity to it, we can see that there is an existing distance to meet the demand for students’ employment. In order to improve students' writing ability, better meet the employment trend of social development, the higher vocational teachers should establish clear goals in document writing teaching, change teaching mode, and provide the students with a good learning environment that is a combination of practice training in and out of campus.
