摘要
对学分制下应用型民办高校人才培养方案的创新优化进行详细研究,找出了应用型民办高校现行人才培养方案存在的问题:人才培养目标定位不准确,人才培养特色不鲜明,学生知识结构不合理,人才培养机制不完善,教学资源不足问题突出。分析了学分制下应用型民办高校创新优化人才培养方案的原则和路径:构建"两段式"应用型人才培养模式,构建"三平台"应用型课程体系,构建"层次+平台+模块"应用型人才培养体系。只有这样,才能真正实现人才培养质量的提升,进而为社会提供更多高素质、高水平的应用型人才。
This paper studies the innovation and optimization of personnel training programs in applied private colleges under the credit system,and finds out the problems existing in the current personnel training programs in applied private colleges: inaccurate orientation of personnel training objectives, unclear characteristics of personnel training,unreasonable knowledge structure of students, imperfect personnel training mechanism and inadequate teaching resources. This paper analyses the principles and paths of innovating and optimizing the talent training program in the application-oriented private colleges under the credit system: constructing the 'two-stage'application-oriented talent training mode,constructing the 'three-platform'application-oriented curriculum system,and constructing the 'level +platform + module'application-oriented talent training system. Only in this way can we really improve the quality of personnel training and provide more high-quality and high-level applied talents for society.
