摘要
论文以数字经济为研究视角,探索其发展战略存在的问题,提出了相对应的发展策略。战略问题有:传统人员存在失业风险、数字经济布局与发展不协调、安全问题难以保障、数字经济监管工作不到位。发展策略有:积极推动产业转型与更新、加强信息配套建设力度、增强核心技术的研发力度、完善信息化法制建设,全面推动数字经济稳定发展。
From the perspective of digital economy,this paper explores the problems existing in its development strategy and puts forward corresponding development strategies.The strategic problems include:unemployment risk of traditional personnel,uncoordinated layout and development of digital economy,difficult security issues,and inadequate supervision of digital economy.The development strategies include:actively promoting industrial transformation and updating,strengthening the construction of information supporting facilities,strengthening the research and development of core technologies,improving the construction of information legal system,and comprehensively promoting the stable development of digital economy.
