摘要
学科竞赛是高校大学生创新工程的重要组成部分,是创新人才培养的重要载体。但目前仍存在重立项、轻管理,周期长、跟踪难,监控弱、反馈难,重结果、轻过程等不足。以二级学院竞赛管理为切入点,从过程管理的基本原理出发,探索二级学院竞赛管理中问题产生的原因,并提出了解决策略:1)做好顶层设计,优化竞赛项目管理;2)加强组织领导,完善二级学院管理机制;3)加大竞赛宣传力度,激发学生参赛热情;4)组建优秀指导团队,丰富竞赛辅导形式;5)加强竞赛基地建设,搭建竞赛育人平台;6)依托信息技术手段,建立竞赛管理系统。
Discipline competition is an important part of the innovation project for university students and an important form of cultivating creative talents. But still there are deficiencies such as emphasizing approval while overlooking management,long period,difficulty of tracing,weak supervision,feedback difficulty and emphasizing result while neglecting process,etc. From the perspective of the management of discipline competition in schools of university,based on the fundamental principles of process management, this paper explores the causes of the problems existing in the management of discipline competition in schools and proposes the following countermeasures. Firstly,improve the top-level design and optimize the management of competition projects. Secondly,strengthen the organization and leadership and improve the management mechanism in schools. Thirdly,promote the propaganda and inspire students' enthusiasm for participation. Fourthly,organize excellent guiding group and enrich the forms of tutoring and training. Fifthly,improve the construction of competition base and establish platform for competition and cultivation.Lastly,set up competition management system with the assistance of information technology.
