摘要
职教师资本科的定位是为中职学校培养教师,而现实状况是仅有少部分学生毕业后去中职学校工作。从近年来云南省某高等职业教育师资本科毕业生的就业情况及成因入手,分析其面向中职学校就业困难的影响因素,从政府、职教师资培养院校、职教师资本科学生、校校合作、校企合作等方面提出对策,以促进职教师资本科毕业生更好地为中职学校服务。
The position of the teacher capital division is to train teachers for secondary vocational schools. The reality is that only a small number of students go to secondary vocational schools after graduation. This paper starts with the employment situation and causes of the graduates of capital of a higher vocational education in Yunnan Province in recent years, and analyzes the influencing factors of employment difficulties for secondary vocation,from the government, vocational teacher training institutions, vocational teachers, capital students, school-school cooperation, school-enterprise cooperation and other aspects to propose countermeasures to promote vocational teachers capital graduates to better serve secondary vocational schools.
