摘要
就业乃民生之本,综合竞争力是影响体育教育训练学硕士研究生就业的根本。随着研究生教育的快速发展,体育教育训练学硕士研究生供需矛盾愈加明显,就业难已经成为现实问题,这主要是由于体育教育训练学硕士研究生的就业综合竞争力不足所致。从研究生本人、学校和政府三方面的影响因素进行深入探讨,针对出现的问题,采取相应的对策,以期为从根本上解决体育教育训练学硕士研究生就业难问题提供参考和依据。
Employment is the base of people＇s livelihood, and the employment for PE and training postgraduates is affected by comprehensive competitiveness. The contradiction between supply and demand for the postgraduates is becoming sharper with the rapid development of graduate education. Employment has become a realistic problem, which is mainly due to their poor comprehensive competitiveness. This paper makes deep analysis on the influential factors from students themselves, schools and government, provides corresponding and aims at offer reference and basis for the ultimate solution foe the problem.
